Debbie joined i3 in 2021 with over 25 years of healthcare revenue cycle and informatics experience.  She brings a wealth of knowledge encompassing system implementations and business office consolidations coupled with distinguished hands-on experience surrounding data analytics and reporting.  Clients will benefit from Debbie’s detailed oriented approach to analysis and problem resolution while never losing sight of the ultimate goal.  Experience ranging from a multi-hospital healthcare organization to a single community hospital allows Debbie to understand the complexity and challenges of any sized project and to bring positive results while always making the client feel as though they are her #1 priority.  

Prior to joining i3, Debbie was a Director for the University of Maryland Medical System where she was instrumental in business office consolidations and system implementations, in addition to leading the business informatics analytics team with a focus on reporting of key performance indicators, trend analysis, system optimization, process improvement, and outsourcing management.  Beginning her career as a programmer and quickly building solid relationships with business owners from both healthcare and financial institutions, Debbie brings to the table a breadth of skills to seamlessly bridge business stakeholders’ needs to IT requirements with outstanding results.

Debbie is a member of the Maryland chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Debbie has earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
